Home / Our Work
Our AC stopped working and Will was able to squeeze us in-between appointments. He was very honest and we were able to come up with a game plan on next steps. I will be recommending the company to anyone who has AC issues!
I called Desert Jade AC for a second opinion after another HVAC company recommended replacing my entire system.
Will arrived early, was professional, courteous, and took the time to thoroughly inspect both of my units. Unlike the previous company, he entered the attic, inspected the evaporator coil, and took photos that he shared with me. He found some dust on the coil but no icing and did not believe the coil needed to be cleaned or replaced.
Will then checked the refrigerant levels and found that both systems were low. The downstairs unit required just under 4 pounds of refrigerant and the upstairs unit required about 1 pound. He was honest and upfront that there is a leak somewhere in the system, but he explained that there was no way to responsibly predict how long the charge would last without knowing the size and location of the leak. I appreciated that he never pressured me into buying a new system. He explained his findings, answered all of my questions, and let me make an informed decision. The total bill was around $500, including the service call and refrigerant.
It has now been five days since the service, and the problem is completely resolved. The downstairs unit is cooling properly again and maintaining temperature without issue.
If you are looking for an HVAC company that values diagnostics, honesty, and customer service over selling unnecessary equipment, I highly recommend Desert Jade AC and Will.
Will came on a busy day for him and still got our A/C working perfectly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything very well to us with readings we could see in front of our own face. The last company we went with was a rip off. But Will gave 10/10 service. I would recommend his company to anyone.
Will (The Owner) came to the house after he had already worked a full day. After 6 PM. He spent the time to find and fix the issue while he was onsite. Pricing was better than affordable. I would recommend you call Will if you need any AC work done.
Sam was a very professional, courteous and competent individual who is employed by Desert Jade. We joined their yearly maintenance program to ensure that our AC is in top working order and would highly recommend that you join too.
Arrived on time; diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem quickly; did a comprehensive check up on all components, checked ducts, all panels, etc. Will Hooper and Desert Jade are highly recommended. Very cost effective as well!
Great communication, punctual, respectful young men. They have pride in workmanship and are extremely customer service oriented. My family was met with a 95° house temp after coming home on a Monday evening and by Tuesday evening we had a brand new 5 ton rooftop ac installed.. The family was back in a comfortable house within 36 hrs.. The old unit was a born in 1991. It was a 36 year old TRANE unit that finally got pulled off of life support. The new unit is also a 5 ton Trane. Will thank you to you and your team at Desert Jade.
We recently had a brand new HVAC system installed along with some ductwork modifications, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. The installation was smooth, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The improvements to our ductwork have already made a noticeable difference in airflow and overall comfort. It’s such a relief to have a system that runs efficiently and keeps our home comfortable. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the level of care they showed throughout the entire job. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality HVAC work.
Will and his team do incredible work. They are clean, efficient, and extremely reliable! Each guy on the team is someone I’d trust in my home. This is the team to hire for any and all HVAC needs!!
We had Andrew be able to squeeze us in on a Saturday morning, was fast and knowledgeable and got us some immediate assistance while we scheduled a different system test so at least we aren’t sweating our butts off this weekend. Thank you!
