My name is Will. I’ve been in the HVAC industry since 2015, and in 2024 my wife Cheyenne and I were fortunate enough to take over the valley’s portion of a well-respected business, Arrowhead A/C, after I worked for them for almost 6 years. That’s how Desert Jade Air Conditioning was born! My wife and I are high school sweethearts, and we have 3 wonderfully crazy kids. When you call in, you’ll get to hear my wife’s lovely voice happy to help you with all your air conditioning and heating needs.

During my time in the HVAC industry, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from tons of coworkers, bosses, and even customers that have taught me so much about this work and I still continue to learn every day. What started out as a love-hate relationship with the industry, over time it’s turned into a passion of mine that I now get to share with my family as a family-owned and operated business. My experience has ranged from repairing broken systems, fixing ductwork, and installing new units to installing the HVAC in remodels and custom new builds. Through my experiences, I’ve learned the value in not only fixing things, but taking care of people and always doing my best to provide a quality service. I take pride in my craft and always do everything in my power to go above and beyond. As a family man, and running a family business with my wife Cheyenne, we look forward to continuing to help people and treat them as our own family, and we truly appreciate your support for our family business.
